​Please submit headshot photo(s) of your child(ren) for your child(ren)'s passports to spx.vbs@gmail.com by Saturday, June 14.

​

Contact Susan Gilmore (on the Contact Us page) if you have registered by mail and would like to get a copy of the music CD before VBS begins so your child(ren) are familiar with the songs.

(These will be distributed to all who registered after the Masses on April 26&27.)





PARENT INFORMATION

 

BEFORE VBS

​REGISTRATION - All participants must have a completed form signed by the child(ren)'s parent or legal guardian. Fees must be paid at time of registration. Send completed registration forms to the PSR office (attn: Susan Gilmore). Please submit a head/shoulders photo of your child to spx.vbs@gmail.com so that we can have their nametag and WANTED (by Jesus) poster ready upon their arrival. Deadline for all registrations is Friday, May 22, 2015 so that we have time to order and create all materials. Photos are requested no later than Friday, June 19. CDs with program music can be sent home upon registration if your child attends St. Pius, PSR, or the Children's Center - one CD per family registration. Or they can be picked up in the PSR office.

 

VBS WEEK

CHECK-IN Monday, June 22 - Friday June 26:

Tour Guides will be holding signs with group name and age level. All participants will go to the tour guides who will guide them to their first activity. Children who haven't had their WANTED poster photo will have them taken at this time.

Parents are asked to check-in DAILY at the Registration tables to verify registration information, verify who will be picking up their child(ren), and indicate number attending Friday Potluck & Program, and to pick up Parent information regarding Friday snack assignments and our Works of Mercy requests for the week.

VBS WEEK

​PICK-UP on each day of VBS:
In the interest of keeping all participants safe, the following procedures will be in place for VBS this year:

​

Parents of PK3 and PK4 classes are asked to sit with their child(ren) during the Closing Assembly beginning at 11:40.

​

At the conclusion of the Closing Assembly, Tour Guides will be holding signs with group name and age level. All parents will go to the tour guides to pick up their child(ren).
